Wetaskiwin Massage Clinic
Looking to Build Your Massage Therapy Practice
We have only ONE opening available for a massage therapist. We offer the prime hours for building your practice. The shifts include day time, plus two evenings and the best shift for building your practice - Saturday.
Work with other experienced massage therapists in this well established clinic that has been in business for over 10 years; in addition, the clinic offers the services of a chiropractor with over 25 years of experience and is well known in the community.
The clientele base is broad; they are very welcoming and accepting of new therapists. For a therapist with skilled hands and a "give to the client first" perspective for each treatment, the therapist will find building their practice is achieved in a short time, since our clientele gladly refer their friends and family members.
The clinic is located in a wonderful bedroom community just 30 minutes south of Edmonton; the rural setting of Wetaskiwin. The great bonus with a small, rural setting is building a practice is easier, since word of mouth travels quickly and there are fewer therapists to population base, when compared to the bigger cities.
The jovial office staff comfortably blends professionalism with the focus of patient care through team building. This is an office that has a true feeling of family which is complimented by regular office events and social gatherings within the community.
We are looking for a therapist with skills in relaxation and therapeutic massage. The office would also be very welcoming to a therapist with interests and experience in other areas of alternative modalities such as reflexology, acupressure, etc.
We are a progressive clinic and we support our therapists. Income is a generous blend of commission and gratuities. In addition, our company will split the costs of continuing education and we provide "no-show" earnings as part of the compensation package. We assist our therapists with their chosen career.
All expenses that are paid by the clinic include laundry, advertising, community promotion, oil/lotion supplies, reception, phone costs, rent, massage table, linens, pillows, etc. The only two expenses the massage therapist is responsible for are their association fees and liability insurance.
The many services provided to support our therapists include booking client appointments with reminder calls, file preparation, marketing, preparing taxation receipts, collecting payment, billing insurance companies, plus a host of other administrative tasks.
To take advantage of this great opportunity, please submit your resume to the attention of Brenda Hewko at bllp@telus.net or (780) 352- 1850 fax.
Serious consideration will be given to every applicant whom is planning to live in our community.
